KAVS R53 17% reduction pully. Belt part number 6PK843 (air-con delete) 6PK1360 (with aircon) can be sourced from most motorsport / automotive suppliers.
Spark plugs
NGK BCR8ES Also from most motor factors.
R53 and R50 6 speed LSD
Blackline Geared helical LSD part number HLF015. Can be sourced from Lohen or Rally Design.
R50 5 speed Midland Diff
Quaif ATB LSD part number QDF9H/MG to be sourced directly from Quaif.
Or black line helical LSD part number HLF051 can be sourced from Rally Design or Matt Lewis racing.
Both LSD's for the 5 speed require light modification before fitment.
